Our Philosophy
At Matrix Avalon Holistic Center, we believe that genuine well-being unfolds when the whole person — body, mind, emotions, and spirit — is supported. Our approach goes beyond temporary relief or surface-level change. Instead, we gently explore what may be contributing to imbalance and create space for deep restoration, alignment, and inner clarity. Every session is designed to support the body’s natural ability to rebalance and heal, helping clients move toward lasting harmony and transformation.
We are honoured to be the only center in Ireland working with the Matrix Drops Computer and Matrix Drops Quintessence — an innovative informational system widely used in Hungary. This method offers insights into emotional, mental, and energetic patterns and may help guide clients toward a more aligned and balanced state.
Alongside this unique system, we offer a variety of holistic therapies to meet each person where they are. The KMA Massage Method, rooted in traditional Hungarian bodywork principles, supports the body through gentle alignment and relaxation. Our Lymphatic Massage aims to encourage healthy flow and lightness in the body. In addition, we offer reflexology, regression support, quantum energy work, and geopathic stress divining — creating a holistic, whole-person pathway that adapts to individual needs.
With more than 15 years of experience in holistic practice, we have witnessed how personalised combinations of therapies can support meaningful change — whether someone is navigating fatigue, tension, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
Matrix Avalon Holistic Center is based in Kilcock, with availability in Portlaoise, Galway, Waterford, and Enniscorthy, allowing clients throughout Ireland to access our signature methods and supportive care.

About Monika — Co-Owner, Health Coach & Holistic Practitioner
My name is Monika, and I am the co-owner of Matrix Avalon Holistic Center. I have been working in holistic wellness for more than 15 years, and my passion is supporting people in restoring balance, finding clarity, and reconnecting with a healthier and more harmonious way of living. My work combines physical, emotional, and energetic approaches, allowing each session to be deeply personalised and aligned with the individual’s journey.
At Matrix Avalon, I integrate modalities such as Matrix Drops Computer scans, holistic and lymphatic massage, reflexology, regression support, energy and information-based techniques, and health coaching infused with motivational elements. All of these methods work together to gently support your well-being while honouring your pace, your story, and your current state of health.
One of the cornerstone elements of my work is the Matrix Drops Protocol, a transformative system originating from Hungary that has positively influenced many people’s lives and is beginning to gain recognition here in Ireland. Many clients experience this method as deeply balancing, supportive, and insightful.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I am also the main distributor of high-grade Larimar in Ireland. This rare and exceptional stone is known for its calming and high-frequency energy and has become a unique offering at the clinic through jewelry and specialised carvings. Bringing this gemstone to Ireland and Europe has become a meaningful extension of my healing work, as many clients resonate deeply with its gentle and uplifting qualities.

About Imre — Co-Owner & Holistic Practitioner
My name is Imre, and I am proud to be the co-owner of Matrix Avalon Holistic Center. For more than 7 years, I have been working in holistic wellness, supporting clients in improving their comfort, mobility, and overall sense of well-being. My work is driven by a genuine passion for helping people feel more balanced, relaxed, and connected to their bodies.
One of the main approaches I practise is the KMA Massage Method — a unique Hungarian bodywork system developed by my teacher, Kovács-Magyar András, one of Hungary’s most recognised traditional healers. This method offers a structured full-body flow designed to help release tension, support alignment, and promote a greater sense of harmony in the body. Clients often describe the experience as deeply grounding, restorative, and balancing.
Each session is tailored to the individual, ensuring that every client receives a supportive, personalised experience based on their needs and comfort level. My focus is always on gentle, mindful, and respectful bodywork that supports natural well-being.
As both a practitioner and co-owner, I am committed to creating a calm and welcoming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I have worked with individuals of all ages — from children to seniors — and it brings me great purpose and joy to witness the positive changes people experience through consistent holistic care.
